Wayne will tell the developing story of how the only boutique kosher wine farm in SA rebranded itself and made a go of the export market. The session will include the ins and outs of kosher wine, the kosher wine market in the US, branding in the kosher wine industry, and of course, the tasting of Unorthodox Wines. Come learn about the evolution of Unorthodox Wines and Sydney Back Wines while tasting Franschhoek's finest kosher wines. We will learn about the wines while also discussing the intricacies of building a kosher brand and the global kosher market.
